Gym fitness

Exercise is the physical act of training the body in a structured way to improve a component of physical fitness. Physical fitness is developed by continued and multifaceted exercise. Physical fitness is the result of exercise.

Cardio training

Your heart beats faster. You breathe more rapidly and deeply. And you sweat. Well, that's probably because you've been moving the large muscles in your legs, arms and hips over a sustained period of time. When these major muscles are involved in exercise, there is increased rate of respiration to produce energy. In turn, the need for more oxygen leads to increased breathing and heart rate. And such a form of activity is called cardiovascular exercise-or cardio in short.

Power yoga

Power yoga is a fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures. The definition of power yoga varies depending on where you practice, but there are some core characteristics that most power yoga classes have in common:

Fitness zumba

Few exercise classes have had Zumba's staying power. This dance workout - which looks and sounds more like a dance party remains a popular go-to for fitness-minded folks around the world.

Core burner class

Core exercises are an important part of a well- rounded fitness program. Some people may do a situp and pushup now and then. But core exercises are often ignored. Step aerobics is an up-tempo way to get your heart pumping and stay fit.
